Well, lets see, Kame-sennin was strong enough to take on a portion of an entire army of Freeza soldiers in the Golden Freeza arc. That alone probably puts him over Raditz. He's only gotten stronger since then, and in the build up to the tournament, max power Kame-sennin was able to get the better of Tenshinhan, granted, we don't know if the talisman granted him extra strength. If it did, I doubt it made him hundreds or thousands of times stronger, lol. I give it to Ganos.

In no way is Ganos raditz level. That's absurd. Foes of that level don't have any place in the TOP. Roshis power was being held back by his mental blocks thinking that his time was up. Such mental blocks weren't present when he was basically a mind controlled zombie, so he could use his true power which far surpassed his normal limits. That power was relative to base Goku. So yes witchcraft did "power him up", but that power is still accessible to normal roshi. The zombie roshi we saw that was controlled against Tien & goku and the roshi we saw go beyond his limits in this episode are the same. Goku stated that controlled Roshis power was his own.
